Schnebelhorn is made with raw milk which comes from Swiss Brown / Braunvieh cows. It is aged for about 8-9 months, and as a result, it develops distinct Swiss cheese spiciness which is well rounded by added cream. Texture is pleasantly soft and silky with nice Alpine bite at finish. Great as a snack or in Alpine fondue.
Schnebelhorn pairs well with medium-bodied red wines.
Ingredients: raw cow's milk, salt, starter culture, rennet.
