We ship perishable items in thermo-insulated cardboard boxes with reusable ice packs to insure that you food items arrive in good shape.

All cheeses we slice to order and wrap in cheese paper as we want you to enjoy original flavor of cheese - not damaged by vacuum or plastic.

All meats which require slicing we slice to order and lay it out on wax paper (deli-style) so it is easy to separate slices. Beillevaire is the best butter I know of.

The difference is this is a raw unpasteurized butter where the rest of the top end butters are pasteurized (Bordier, Meunier). We cut the portions in half and keep them wrapped and frozen until needed. Once thawed they have a shorter table life than pasteurized butters but worth it in opinion. My favorite Beillevaire is the croquant (crunchy sea-salt). Hoping Anatoly gets some more soon.

Happy in Wisconsin

I tasted this French butter while in Paris and now crave it. I’m glad to have found a source. Service was quick and satisfying.
