Tomme De Savoie


Product of France.

Tomme is cheese made with raw cow's milk  in France's mountainous eastern region of Savoie in the Rhone Alpes. It is aged for 2-4 months and has rustic, earthy, appearance with notes of a barnyard, wet straw, and herbs.

Ingredients: raw cow’s milk, rennet, lactic starters, coagulant, lysozyme (E1105), salt.
