Delicious

I had been wanting some Head Cheese for a long time. When I found it at Cured and Cultivated I was very happy. It did not disappoint. It was very meaty with a nice texture. I did add a little vinegar with it though because that is how I prefer to eat it.

Not worth the price

Spent over $50 for (2) little pieces…just wasn’t worth my money for a taste

My father, who was from Austria, used to butcher a hog every year. He smoked ribs, hams, and he always made Sulzberger and head cheese. This is the closest we can find to his. Thank you for having it. It is delicious.
