Refund policy
RETURNS
By law, perishable goods such meats, cheeses, caviar, and other foods cannot be returned.
CLAIMS and REFUNDS
All claims should be submitted within 24 hours from order delivery.
Delivery time is the time of delivery as stated on order tracking page of the carrier - UPS or USPS.
If your order was delivered defective or damaged (not suitable for consumption), you may request a refund or reship.
To request a refund, we require photo evidence (picture) of damaged item(s).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
SALE ITEMS
Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
