SHIPPING DAYS
CALIFORNIA: Monday - Thursday.
Note that the shipping method (for example, overnight) doesn't mean that your order will be processed the same day and shipped. Generally, allow us at least one day for processing your order.
OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA: Monday - Wednesday.

Any US federal holidays may delay the shipment.
Saturday delivery is not available.

Each shipping carrier is responding to COVID-19 differently. Review the carrier's latest updates to learn how changes to their services might impact your shipping:
UPS: As of March 24, 2020, the UPS service guarantee is suspended for all US-origin shipments (domestic and international) at any service level.
USPS: Some mail classes have extended their expected delivery times:
- Priority Mail two-day service is now 3 days.
- Priority Mail three-day service is now 4 days.
- Priority Mail Open and Distribute is now 2-4 days.
- First-Class Package Service two-day service is now 3 days.
- First-Class Package Service three-day service is now 4 days.
SHIPPING METHOD
We ship all packages via UPS Ground (West Coast) or UPS 2DAY AIR (the rest of the USA). We decide what carrier to use based on delivery maps and shortest delivery time. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number. We insulate and ship our products with frozen gel packs and dry ice to prevent spoilage.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We ship to the address you provide. Please, make sure that your billing address and shipping addresses you have entered are correct. If your shipping address is marked as invalid by the carrier, we will contact you via email to verify the address. Incorrect shipping addresses result in delayed deliveries which are crucial for perishable foods. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to the wrong address. We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended after delivery.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept credit and debit cards for online orders. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, an item that is ordered may be temporarily unavailable. We are usually able to replenish items within 5 business days, but longer delays may occur. If an item that is ordered is unavailable, you will be contacted via email to be notified of the shipping delay or another resolution to the issue.
