Angel's Salumi & Truffles was the first in the world to premiere Duck Salami. Certified Cage-Free, Antibiotic-Free, and Hormone-Free, our Duck Salami is prepared French-style with a rich flavor and seasoned with red wine and black peppercorn. It is fermented and then aged for two months in a dry room. Our duck salami contains a natural pork casing that is easily removable. Distinct  salami with rich duck flavor and gems of whole peppercorns scattered across the stick. Ruby red in color it had dense yet juicy texture.

Ingredients: duck meat, non-fat dry milk, sea salt, water, dextrose, sodium caseinate, wine, spices, sodium nitrite, sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture. CONTAINS: MILK
