Le Chablochon is made by Fruitères Chabert - a third generation family owned creamery founded in 1936. Milk comes from neighboring dairies in the Savoie region. Chablochon was inspired by the classic Reblochon de Savoie. The orange rind comes from natural color annatto. Flavors are buttery with subtle kick of grass and hay.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, lactic cultures, animal rennet, crust dye: annatto. CONTAINS: MILK.
