For lovers of Manchego and truffles alike! The cheese has a very thin rind with and a hard, rich texture. Traditional Manchego characteristics and lovely veins of black truffle. Pairing suggestion: Spanish Tempranillo

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, 3% black truffle pate (champignon mushrooms, porcino, sunflower oil, black truffle 12%, salt, pepper, sugar, granulated broth (sea salt, brawn sugar, spice extract, sugar caramelized, maltodextrin, turmeric), black truffle aroma, citric acid, ascorbic acid), salt, rennet, lactic ferment, lysozyme (from egg). On the rind: natamycin. RIND IS NON EADIBLE. CONTAINS: MILK, EGG.
