Angel's traditional French Rosette Salami is made from 100% Berkshire pork meat. The classic-style Rosette is fermented and then aged for three months. The sweet flavor of clove, nutmeg, garlic, and white wine encompasses the traditional recipe of Rosette.

Ingredients: Berkshire pork, sea salt, white wine, nonfat dry milk, flavors (including spices): organic dextrose, organic sugar, black peppercorns, ground white pepper, garlic, lactic acid starter culture. Stuffed in pork or beef casing. CONTAINS: MILK
