Angel's Wild Boar Salami is 100% Texas Wild Boar and is prepared with herbs and wine to give an exceptional complexity and authentic flavor of the Mediterranean. It's fermented and then aged for two months in a dry room. Wild Boar has a darker, richer color compared to domestic pork, without the typical gamey taste.

Ingredients: wild boar (meat from feral swine), sea salt, Martini wine, flavors (including spices): nonfat dry milk, organic dextrose, black peppercorns, fresh garlic, lactic acid starter culture. Stuffed in pork or beef casing. CONTAINS: MILK
