Red Dragon cheese is a smooth, firm, tasty cheddar and is made with Welsh brown ale and mustard seeds coated in a red wax. This gourmet cheese combines the subtle sharpness and depth of natural mustard with the mild, piquant taste notes of the Welsh ale and traditional English Cheddar. 

Ingredients:  Cheddar Cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, starter culture, vegetarian rennet), Whole Grain Mustard (water, mustard seeds, malt vinegar, salt, sugar, herbs (tarragon, cumin, dill seed, garlic powder, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, black pepper), ale, mustard bran, mustard flour.
