This cheese club includes alpine, blue, goat, washed rind, cheeses with imperfect natural rind, and other cheeses with stronger flavors and aromas.

For 3 and 6 month subscriptions you pay shipping on your first shipment only, second and all consecutive shipping is free.

Each month, our club box will feature an assortment of handpicked products for you to discover new and intriguing as well as timeless classics.

Usual shipment includes:

3 cheeses with total weight over a pound
crackers
1-2 condiments (nuts, olives, preserves, or other fun things)
description of cheeses you are about to enjoy

Buying a club as a gift? First of all, make sure that recipient enjoys this type of cheese (stinky and robust). Also, please submit email or mobile of the recipient in "order notes" so we can inform them of an upcoming shipment.

We ship perishable items in thermo-insulated cardboard boxes with reusable ice packs to insure that you food items arrive in good shape.

All cheeses we slice to order and wrap in cheese paper as we want you to enjoy original flavor of cheese - not damaged by vacuum or plastic.

All meats which require slicing we slice to order and lay it out on wax paper (deli-style) so it is easy to separate slices. Then we pack it in a plastic pouch with nitrogen purge (again, to make it easy to separate pieces we don't vacuum the meats but use commercial style food grade inert gas mix).

SHIPPING DAYS

CALIFORNIA: Monday - Thursday.

OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA: Monday - Wednesday.

Note that the shipping method (for example, overnight) doesn't mean that your order will be processed and shipped on the same day you placed the order. Generally, allow us at least one day for processing your order as we slice and wrap everything by hand to order.

Any US federal holidays may delay the shipment.

The Stinky - Stinks -- but AMAZING Customer Service

We were not fans of the stinky cheese. Oir last box arrived - and not only did the team change the cheeses to something more classic, they added additional cheese samples. They went above and beyond. I watch all their boxes now - I'll buy again - for sure!!!
