Grana Padano

Grana Padano is an Italian hard cheese, similar to Parmigiano-Reggiano but milder and less crumbly. It has a grainy texture with a nutty, buttery flavor. Made from partially skimmed cow's milk, it's lower in fat than many cheeses. Versatile in the kitchen, it's excellent for grating over pasta, salads, or soups, and pairs well with full-bodied wines. Grana Padano is a staple in Italian cuisine.
