Thanksgiving Week, November 25 - 31

Shipping outside California: only Monday, November 25

Shipping within California: Monday and Tuesday, November 25 -26

We will be closed Thursday, November 28 - Sunday, December 1.

Christmas Week, December 23-28

Shipping outside California: if you want delivery by Christmas, orders should be placed by 10 am on Wednesday, December 18th. There is no shipping on the Christmas week as Christmas Day comes on Wednesday and UPS is closed. UPS NEXT DAY is available on Monday by 1 pm PST, December 23 with delivery on December 24.

Shipping within California: only Monday, December 23. And after Christmas, on Thursday, December 26.

New Years Week, December 30 - January 4.

Shipping outside California: if you want delivery by New Years, orders should be placed by 10 am on Wednesday, December 18th. There is no shipping on the Christmas week and New Years Week as New Years Day (and Christmas) comes on Wednesdays. UPS NEXT DAY is available on Monday by 1 pm PST, December 30 with delivery on December 31.

Shipping within California: only Monday, December 30. And after New Years, on Thursday, January 2.

*Order Preparation: we slice cheeses and meats to order so it takes time to prepare an order for shipping. Depending on order complicity, it make take up at least 48 hours to process orders for shipping. If your order is easy to assemble (let's say, there are two wedges of cheese) it has shorter preparation time. If the order is more complex (with variety of sliced meats, for example) - preparation time is longer as we slice meats especially for you - we don't have anything pre-sliced to ensure freshness.

For example, selecting OVERNIGHT shipping method doesn't indicate that your order will be processed the same day and shipped for next day delivery. But we prioritize shipments with UPS Overnight.

Our shipments are fully insulated and packed with reusable ice packs to ensure freshness.
