Kabanos Podsuszany

Kabanosy or kabana, is a long, thin, dry pork sausage made which originated in Poland. In Central and Eastern Europe, this is a very prevalent and popular dried sausage typically eaten as a snack.

Polish Kabanos Podsuszany is similar to pepperoni sticks. Texture is firm, but not hard with just right amount of fat to avoid any dryness. Smoke, juniper, black pepper and subtle notes of nutmeg and cinnamon makes it bursting with flavor in every bite you take.

Ingredients: pork, water, salt, sugar, spices, garlic, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, ship casing.
