Luxury Box - $225

The Medium Luxury Grazing Box (serves 8-10) includes many of our high-end charcuterie and artisanal cheeses - think aged goudas, triple cream brie, Jamon Serrano and more! We can customize to your particular taste. Love Italian prosciutto - you got it! Can't stomach goat cheese? We'll keep it out of your box. Our goal is to build the perfectly curated grazing box that meets all your needs and preferences. GLUTEN FREE option available.

Contents: The Medium Grazing Box (both Standard and Luxury versions) contains an artfully assembled selection of fine cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, nuts, olives, crackers, baguette slices, and herbal embellishments.

Serving size: Serves 8-10. An appetizer for a group of 10 or as a light lunch for up to 8. Contains about 7 lbs of food.

Product details: Includes bamboo utensils, plates, and cocktail napkins. Styled in a kraft brown box, lined, and with a lid. Box measures 11in x 18in x 4in.

We ship perishable items in thermo-insulated cardboard boxes with reusable ice packs to insure that you food items arrive in good shape.

All cheeses we slice to order and wrap in cheese paper as we want you to enjoy original flavor of cheese - not damaged by vacuum or plastic.

All meats which require slicing we slice to order and lay it out on wax paper (deli-style) so it is easy to separate slices. Then we pack it in a plastic pouch with nitrogen purge (again, to make it easy to separate pieces we don't vacuum the meats but use commercial style food grade inert gas mix).

SHIPPING DAYS

CALIFORNIA: Monday - Thursday.

OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA: Monday - Wednesday.

Note that the shipping method (for example, overnight) doesn't mean that your order will be processed and shipped on the same day you placed the order. Generally, allow us at least one day for processing your order as we slice and wrap everything by hand to order.

Any US federal holidays may delay the shipment.

Food Art

My family went gaga over the medium grazing box as we prepared for Thanksgiving dinner. We kept bumping fingers since we couldn't get our hands out of the box! I have many foodies in the family, and they were in Heaven over the choices of cheese and salami. I have a young niece who works at a winery and is an aspiring chef. Before we could begin on eating, she got out her phone and took a ton of photos of Anatoly's medium grazing box and told me this is what she wants to make when she grows up. A complete treat!
