Aged for 3 months, Ewereka is a unique cheddar made entirely of sheep's milk. It is creamy and slightly crumbly with a flavor similar to an aged cheddar but with a sweetness and earthiness brought in only by sheep's milk.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, starter, vegetarian rennet. CONTAINS: MILK

WOW Ewereka!

Incredibly tasty cheese! The cheese was served at a wine tasting at the Gary Farrell tasting in Sonoma Valley. When we went back home to Washington we ordered 3 5 oz blocks. It is delicious.

We are so glad yo were able to find us and this cheese that really is so special. Its almost like extending your holiday when you can snack on such a fun memory in the comfort of your own home!
