Spectacular!

I love coconut and I love Gouda and I was really dubious that the two would pair together and this was a real surprise! It's absolutely fantastic! The coconut cream is pretty forward but it totally works, I'm hooked. I had a few coworkers try it and their reaction was priceless, they all loved it! This will be a regular in my orders.

Also love this cheese, but it was slightly better when I got a sample from Holland, Michigan. Excellent with canned pineapple chunks.
