Great experience

I tasted this cheese at a winery in Amador County. I then googled where to find it. This was the easiest and cheapest shipping I could find. It came quickly and packaged well. Thank you. I’ve been Sharing your website and cheese with friends and family. Thank you

Refreshing and delicious.

This gorgeous cheese a refreshing and bright taste and pairs amazingly with Champagne.

Creative but not for me

It's certainly something different and distinctive, but the flavor combination didn't work for me. The lemon was overwhelmingly strong and the charcoal was an unpleasant note in the background, muddling the actual cheese flavor. It did have a very nice texture and it was an interesting change of pace from the cheeses I usually have, but I didn't particularly enjoy it and neither did any of the six people I shared it with at a dinner party -- it was unfortunately the only cheese at the party that absolutely zero cheese-loving guests cared for. But it can't be said that the flavor and color aren't unique! So if you're looking for a wildcard cheese for your board, something super unusual that surprises even adventurous cheese connoisseurs and gives them something fresh, might still be worth a try.

This cheese is absolutely Devine! I

I made a large charcutier board and the Black Lemon Gouda was a hit! I learned about Cured and Cultivated cheeses through a business called Beerwood - 690 Santa Maria Ave, Los Osos, California. If you live near Los Osos it is a must experience. They serve the finest cheeses from Cured and Cultivated. Don't miss out!
