Amanti gouda is a double cream gouda with addition of cleansing charcoal and lemon. Texture is smooth and taste is refreshing due to citrusy notes. It is inspired by oriental cuisine and for sure can be a gem of your next charcuterie board.

It pairs well with bright white wines.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, licorice powder (2.3%), vegetable oil (corn), salt, vitamin D3, microbial rennet, starter (milk), vegetable carbon, natural lime flavor, natural lemon flavor. CONTAINS: MILK

We ship perishable items in thermo-insulated cardboard boxes with reusable ice packs to insure that you food items arrive in good shape.

All cheeses we slice to order and wrap in cheese paper as we want you to enjoy original flavor of cheese - not damaged by vacuum or plastic.

All meats which require slicing we slice to order and lay it out on wax paper (deli-style) so it is easy to separate slices. Then we pack it in a plastic pouch with nitrogen purge (again, to make it easy to separate pieces we don't vacuum the meats but use commercial style food grade inert gas mix).

CALIFORNIA: Monday - Thursday.

OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA: Monday - Wednesday.

Note that the shipping method (for example, overnight) doesn't mean that your order will be processed and shipped on the same day you placed the order. Generally, allow us at least one day for processing your order as we slice and wrap everything by hand to order.

Black Lemon Gouda

I tried the black lemon Gouda in Vegas and I could not live life without it. I was worried that I wasn’t ordering what I had tried but lo and behold it was EXACTLY what I wanted. Mind you - I was born and raised in Wisconsin and we take our cheese very serious. This is by far my favorite cheese and so unique! Definitely made me a recurring shopper!

I bought the Amanti Black Lemon Gouda to my Christmas party, and it was the HIT of the party. The party's theme was "Milk and cookies," so you can imagine the sweets that were there! I decided to put out a savory charcuterie board with the Lemon Gouda as the centerpiece, paired with Black Garlic-infused honey. They loved it so much that I ended up sending your website to all my colleagues in a blanket email to some 100 people, some of whom were Dutch. (So, I'd appreciate a discount of some kind. LOL!)
