Amanti gouda is a double cream gouda with addition of cleansing charcoal and lemon. Texture is smooth and taste is refreshing due to citrusy notes. It is inspired by oriental cuisine and for sure can be a gem of your next charcuterie board.
It pairs well with bright white wines.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk, licorice powder (2.3%), vegetable oil (corn), salt, vitamin D3, microbial rennet, starter (milk), vegetable carbon, natural lime flavor, natural lemon flavor. CONTAINS: MILK

This was surprisingly not at all what you would think! It’s absolutely refreshingly delicious!!! Like fresh lemons and sunshine! I will definitely be including it on all future chews boards. Great discussion piece too!
