A delicious blend of Elk Meat and Berkshire Pork. Infused with Red Port Wine, Red Dutch Cacao Powder, and Pink Peppercorn. The salami is fermented and aged in a dry room for three months. Elk Salami is a newer addition to the Angel's Salumi Family.

Ingredients: elk meat, Berkshire pork meat, sea salt, water, red port wine, spices, dry milk powder, organic dextrose, organic brown sugar, whole pink peppercorn, ground black pepper, fresh garlic, lactic acid, starter culture, stuffed in pork casing. CONTAINS: MILK
