Angel's White Truffle Salami is made with 100% Berkshire Pork Meat. It's fermented, and aged for three months in a dry room. Our recipe includes 5% White Truffle, Grappa, and White Peppercorn. 

Ingredients: Berkshire pork, sea salt, nonfat dry milk, celery juice powder, organic dextrose, organic sugar in the raw, oregano powder, black ground peppercorns, bay leaf powder, lactic acid starter culture. Stuffed in pork or beef casing. CONTAINS: MILK
