Barely Buzzed is made from pasteurized cow’s milk, this American original is a full-bodied cheese with a nutty flavor and smooth texture. The rind is rubbed with mixture of coffee and French lavender buds, which imparts slight butterscotch or caramel notes to the cheese.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, coffee, canola oil, cheese cultures, vegetarian rennet, dried lavender flowers.
