Barrel Aged Feta is made authentically by a small family dairy in central Greece using fresh milk from sheep and goats. There is 80 percent sheep’s milk for extra creaminess and richness. To give a more robust flavor, it is aged for 4 months in beech tree barrels, a rare but traditional technique.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep and goat's milk, sea salt, bacterial culture, microbial rennet
