Abondance aged by Joseph Paccard (Savoie, France) – Firm cheese made from raw cow’s milk. This cheese is similar to Gruyere de Comte, but is more complex and buttery. It has a mild, nutty flavor with a ripe and very distinctive fruitiness.
Pairs well with a crisp Riesling or fruity Beaujolais.
Ingredients: raw cow's milk, lactic ferments, salt, animal rennet.
