Ardi Gasna, which translates to "sheep's cheese", is a French cheese produced in the Pyrenees Mountains. It is an uncooked, pressed, hard cheese matured for 4-6 months before being sold to the market. The cheese is available throughout the year, but the finest produce is available during the spring and summer months when the flavor of the milk is more pronounced.
Ingredients: unpasteurized ewe's milk, salt, lactic ferments, animal rennet. CONTAINS: MILK
