This French Sheep's Milk Cheese is named after the region where it is produced, Ossau Valley, located in the Bearn and Iraty, a forested area in the French Basque Pyrenées. It is a smooth, creamy, yet firm cheese. Flavors are sweet and nutty, with pleasant notes of earth, and pair nicely with a bold red wine.
