Delicious

Bellavitano has been a go-to for us since we first ran across it about seven years ago. Not the fanciest brand out there, but just because they aren't snooty doesn't mean they don't make a delicious, quality cheese. This espresso variety in particular is one of the best, just a beautiful combination of flavors, not overpoweringly espresso-flavored but a generous hint. The Merlot and Tennessee Whiskey varieties are also solid choices. Highly recommended, whether you're a connoisseur, or just want something to go with a bottle of cabernet on a Saturday night.
