Le Gaslonde Beurre de Baratte Doux is a beautifully crafted traditional French churned butter, made in Normandy by Fromagerie Réo. It’s produced using slowly matured pasteurized cream, softly fermented, then hand-molded to preserve its rich, artisanal character.
This butter’s appearance evolves through the seasons: in spring, it exhibits a deep golden-yellow hue, thanks to the cows grazing on fresh grass rich in chlorophyll and beta-carotene; in winter, the color shifts to a delicate ivory tone.ts texture is supple, tender, and silky — a hallmark of careful, traditional churning and slow maturation.
The ingredients are simple and pure: just French-origin cream and starter cultures.
