Campo de Montalbán is a semi-firm to firm Spanish cheese made from a blend of cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk in La Mancha. This cheese resembles manchego in texture and appearance yet has distinct tang.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow, goat’s & sheep milk, cheese cultures, rennet, salt, lysozyme (from egg white). CONTAINS: MILK, EGGS
