Cordobes is a semi-soft Spanish cheese made from Castellana and Merino sheep’s milk. It has a dry texture, a buttery, rich taste with some acidity and a nutty finish. This cheese resembles Manchego in texture and appearance yet has distinct tang all its own.

Suggested wine pairing: Spanish white blend based on Verdejo or Viura.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt, enzymes, lysozyme (from egg white). CONTAINS: MILK
