Emmentaler Emmi is a traditional Swiss cheese made from cow's milk, characterized by its mild, slightly nutty flavor and signature large holes. It has a firm, yet creamy texture, making it perfect for slicing, melting in fondue, or adding to sandwiches and cheese platters. Aged for over 120 days, emmentaler is a classic harder Swiss Cheese.
