Five Year Aged Gouda

Vintage Lot 60 Gouda is the quintessential example of what aged Gouda can be if patient enough to wait on this beautiful aging process. Aged or 5 years, this cheese is one of a kind with deep sweet notes of butterscotch and surprising crunchy salt crystals that only can come with age, it creates a finish reminiscent of Parmigiano-Reggiano and yet completely crumbly unique. Always a crowd favorite here!

Fantastic as just a snacking cheese or on a dessert plate, also pairs beautifully with a tawny port or dessert wine. Who doesn't love a little sweet and salty cheese after a rich meal?!
