From time to time we get a hold of some rare cheese imports. They come and go and never (most likely) come again. Flat Mansh is one of them.
The label is styled on abstract elements of the Swiss terroir: mountains, nature, cheeses and provides a versatile identity. A 10 month aged cheese made from autochthonous starters and full of rich dairy, cooked sugar and light onion notes. The paste is toothsome with a gentle crystallization.
Ingredients: heat-treated cow's milk, salt, rennet, bacterial culture. CONTAINS: MILK
