Fromager D’Affinois made by Fromagerie Guilloteau (Rhône-Alpes Region, France) – A double-cream cheese made from cow’s milk. Campagnier's bright orange rind suggests that it's going to be pungent and stinky, but aromas are surprisingly subdued, earthy and soupy.
