Knackwurst by Continental is a traditional German sausage made from finely ground pork and beef, seasoned with a blend of spices such as garlic, nutmeg, and white pepper. It has a firm, juicy texture and a savory flavor, often served grilled or boiled and enjoyed with mustard, sauerkraut, or on a bun.

Cooking instructions: grill, fry , or boil to internal temperature of 165 F.
