Hungarian Salami Continental

Traditional Hungarian Salami made in small batches in Southern California. The excellent aroma of the Hungarian salami is not solely due to the combination of spices (which is, of course, a closely guarded secret) but also to the protective bloom that coats the sausage during its three-month maturing period after it has been smoked.
This delicious smokey salami can be eaten on its own, with bread, or used in "rakott krumpli", a traditional Hungarian potato and egg casserole!
Ingredients: pork, salt, mustard seed, spices, dextrose, sugar, sodium ascorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite, flavor, vinegar, smoke.
