Boschetto Al Tartufo is semi-firm cheese made from pasteurized cow and sheep’s milk. This cheese is loaded with shavings of white truffles; the aroma is heady and truffles permeate the flavor of the cheese, which is pale and milky in color, with a springy, compact texture.
