Julianna is a hand-crafted, mold-ripened goat cheese from Capriole (Indiana), known for its fragrant rind coated in bright edible flowers. Beneath the aromatic, textured exterior is a supple, creamy paste with flavors that blend bright goat tang, savory herbs, and light mushroomy notes. It’s elegant, expressive, and especially good with crisp whites or floral, herbal pairings.

Aged for 6-8 month.
