Leyden is a semi-hard, cumin and caraway seed flavored cheese made from cow's milk. It is made both in factories and on farms, historically in the Leiden area. 

Suggested wine pairing: Gewurztraminer

Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, cheese culture, cumin (1.4%), rennet.
