Mild Coppa by Busseto

Mild Coppa is made from the pork shoulder. This cut is salted and hand-rubbed with black pepper and stuffed in casing for curing process.  The flavor palate is sweet and tangy. It is similar to prosciutto, but it is derived from the shoulder rather than the ham.

Pairs well with Sangiovese and other Italian classics.

Ingredients: Pork shoulder butt, Salt, and less than 2% of the following: Dextrose, Natural Flavorings, Red Wine, Sugar, Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Lactic Acid Starter Culture.
