One of France's oldest cheeses. It is made from cow's milk from the region Auvergne of France with a distinct, narrow cylindrical shape. This is a traditional French blue cheese made from cow's milk. It has a creamy, dense texture with a mild, slightly tangy flavor and characteristic blue veins. This cheese is perfect for cheese boards, melting into sauces, or pairing with fruits and nuts.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, cheese cultures, rennet, penicillium roqeforti. CONTAINS: MILK.
