Pick "Bathory" Hungarian Salami

Pick Salami has been produced in Hungary since 1869. This Pick Báthory Salami is a Hungarian and Romanian favorite imported directly from Europe.
Made of a mixture of lean pork and fatty pork belly, and spiced accordingly to a secret recipe, it is smoked on real fire of beech wood. After mixture is filled in casings, Pick Báthory Salami it is matured for up to 100 days to achieve its unique flavor, and white, noble mold cover.
Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, dextrose, spices, antioxidant (E316), aroma, coloring (E120), sodium nitrite.
We ship perishable items in thermo-insulated cardboard boxes with reusable ice packs to insure that you food items arrive in good shape.
All cheeses we slice to order and wrap in cheese paper as we want you to enjoy original flavor of cheese - not damaged by vacuum or plastic.
All meats which require slicing we slice to order and lay it out on wax paper (deli-style) so it is easy to separate slices. Then we pack it in a plastic pouch with nitrogen purge (again, to make it easy to separate pieces we don't vacuum the meats).
