Pick Salami has been produced in Hungary since 1869. Made of a mixture of lean pork and fatty pork belly, and spiced accordingly to a secret recipe, it is smoked on real fire of beech wood. After mixture is filled in casings, it is matured for up to 100 days to achieve its unique flavor, and white, noble mold cover.
Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, spices, sugar, paprika, garlic, sodium nitrite.
