Poacher's Cheddar With Caramelized Onion

Excellent cheese for your next Charcuterie Board. English cheddar with caramelized onions. It has crumbly texture and very distinctive flavor with sweet finish.
Ingredients: Cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, starter culture, vegetarian rennet), Caramelized Onions (onions, sugar, red currant pectin, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, cinnamon, clove, ginger).
We ship perishable items in thermo-insulated cardboard boxes with reusable ice packs to insure that you food items arrive in good shape.
All cheeses we slice to order and wrap in cheese paper as we want you to enjoy original flavor of cheese - not damaged by vacuum or plastic.
All meats which require slicing we slice to order and lay it out on wax paper (deli-style) so it is easy to separate slices. Then we pack it in a plastic pouch with nitrogen purge (again, to make it easy to separate pieces we don't vacuum the meats but use commercial style food grade inert gas mix).
CALIFORNIA: Monday - Thursday. Cut off time for orders is 3.30 pm PST.
OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA: Monday - Wednesday. Cut off time for orders is 12.30 pm PST.

I used to get this from a German deli in Portland, Oregon. When the pandemic hit they stopped carrying it since it was hard to get things from Europe, and I hoped once things calmed down they'd have it again. No luck. It's discontinued. But now I've found it here and my life is complete. Honestly the best cheese around. Melts in your mouth, great with crackers or on its own or in a grilled cheese. You name it, it's gonna make it better.
I went to a very upscale restaurant in Tampa, Florida and had an antipasto plate that had 6 different cheese. This was the only one that impressed me. Went back and asked what it was then found it online! Bring on the strawberries and wine!
