Queso de Oveja al Romero is a Spanish sheep’s milk cheese aged with rosemary. Firm and aromatic, it blends savory, nutty flavors with herbal notes from the rosemary crust. A traditional Manchego-style cheese, it’s perfect for tapas, wine pairings, or gourmet platters.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferment, lysozyme (from egg on the rind). On the rind: lard and rosemary, natamycin. RIND IS NON EADIBLE. CONTAINS: MILK, EGG.
