Estaing
by Rodolphe Le Meunier. Product of France.
L’Estaing is raw sheep's milk cheese from the commune of Estaing in the Aveyron region of southern France, in the Midi-Pyrénées mountains. Berger du Larzac is a small dairy that works exclusively with 6 herds in the region. This is our favorite sheep milk producer in all of France. Tomme L'estaing is semi firm paste with a natural rind. It has flavors of brioche, raw cashew, and rich fatty milk.
Ingredients: unpasteurized sheep's milk, lactic starter, rennet, salt. Preservative: lysozyme (from egg). CONTAINS: MILK, EGGS
