Saint Andre is a triple crème cow's milk cheese produced in the Normandy region of France. Saint Andre comes from the best creams, carefully selected by its expert cheese maker. Creamy and dense this Brie style cheese has a strong buttery, salty and tangy taste with a mild yet rich aroma. The rind is covered with a velvety and powdery bloomy mold, while the inside is ivory white.
