Saint Angel Triple Cream Brie

Saint Angel is a triple cream brie made with pasteurized cow's milk. This luxurious triple-creme has a plump and pillow-like appearance with a distinctive square shape. It is covered with a fluffy, white rind with a velvety feel. Its interior pâte is rich ivory paste with the delicate taste of sweet cream and whipped butter. Its flavor is very creamy - buttery, as you would expect and with a tang the closer you get to the rind. The lucious delight is well known for its inoffensive hint of mushroom-like flavor that becomes richer with age.  

Suggested wine pairing: a dry Pétillant Naturel sparkling wine
